About The Artist

Hello! I'm an artist and web designer based in Brooklyn, NY. Finding inspiration both in science fiction, kawaii themes and cats, I create work with a cute and moody aesthetic, emphasizing magic realism and outer space in sweet otherworldly compositions.

Why Meowdonna? It is a mash-up of words, meow is of course a reference to cats, since most of my paintings feature a "pouty" feline face. The madonna part is not a reference to the singer, instead it refers to the infamous Mona Lisa which is also called The Madonna. Therefore, Meowdonna was created, a comical combination of my cat themes and the idea of a divine female.
